Outside of work, Jordan is a dedicated family man who enjoys spending time with his wife and young daughter. He can often be found cheering on the Red Sox or unwinding with a fishing rod in hand.

Joe Avallone possesses over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. His journey began right after high school, when he started as an apprentice carpenter and worked his way up to becoming a full journeyman carpenter. At the age of 24, he ventured into entrepreneurship by founding his first small business in CT, specializing in roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and decks. Concurrently, Joe pursued further education, obtaining certification in Building Science. Leveraging his extensive building experience, he developed a profound understanding of in-home ventilation and an insight into the root causes of mold.
